If you're anything like me, you're trying to make sense of the storming of the US Capitol on January 6th. I write this on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so it's even more bewildering. How could a mob that included many white supremacists stage an insurrection after nearly 60 years from King's historic I Have a Dream Speech? All I could ask was, have we made no progress? As is often the case, Brene Brown had a way of processing this tragic event with some sound advice for how we can begin the process of coming together.
