We begin with a 2-hour Kick-Off Session on Tuesday, October 1, and have 90-minute sessions each Tuesday until our final 2-hour Closing Session on Tuesday, March 25. Additionally, there will be 3 Bonus Coaches-Only and 3 Creatives-Only Sessions, 6 Bonus Coworking Sessions and 1 Bonus Workshop. We’ll take one week off in November to celebrate The US Thanksgiving Holiday. We’ll also take the last week of December and first week of January off for the Winter Holidays. The dates and times for the Bonus Sessions and Workshop will be shared during the Kick-Off Session on October 1.

This is NOT a course where you’re expected to watch pre-recorded videos and fill out PDFs all alone. It is an experiential group coaching program and all the sessions are conducted live. This will allow participants to get to know each other and for everyone to get personal attention and coaching throughout the program.

With so many possible goals to pursue, this situation is fairly typical. We'll spend time in the live Kick-Off Session to help you get clear on your vision for your business and what goals you want to pursue during the program.

Invariably, there will be a few sessions that you won’t be able to attend live. All sessions are recorded and shared with the group in our private portal.

If, for any reason during the program, you need to drop out, you can let me know and you won't be billed for any additional months.

Like any program, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. While this isn’t a class with homework assignments, you will get strategies, tactics, and challenges you may want to apply in your business. Weekly calls are 90 Minutes. Anything else you choose to do coming out of the calls is optional, but I’d expect a couple of hours per week.

No. While in the past, the majority of All-In With Winn participants have been women, everyone is welcome.
