Highly Recommend - The Social Dilemma

My relationship with technology is complicated. I use email for most of my business communication. I'm on Zoom for hours most workdays on client or other business calls. I'm googling a few dozen times a day. And as mentioned above, I have a shifting (at times not healthy) relationship with social media. So I was intrigued to hear of the movie, the aptly named documentary, The Social Dilemma. If you're as troubled as I am about the negative consequences of technology (don't get me started!) and pondering the role of technology in your life, I urge you to see this film.
