Your Most Precious Assets

As 2024 winds down, I've been reflecting on what's working and not working for me. As part of this, I'm doing a time audit and looking at where I spend my most precious assets, my energy and time.

It's part strategy work, asking myself: Would I recommend this activity to support the health and growth of my business?

And it's part feeling work, asking myself: How does it feel in my body to do this - expansive, light, energizing or constricting, heavy, draining?

What's obvious to me so far:

  • Some business practices that made sense a few years ago no longer do.

  • I'm clearer than ever about what to say yes to and no to.

  • I can't do my best work without making some changes.

Fundamentally, I want to spend most of my time in my business at the intersection of what makes me feel most alive and what I can get paid for. It's what I want for my clients, too.

You can do this exercise yourself. Begin to audit your own energy and time. What changes does this audit point to for 2025?
