After getting my MBA and working in corporate marketing and business development roles for 20+ years, I realized I had big dreams for my own business. Now, I combine my love of coaching with my experience in business to help my clients do the work they love. 

And, if there’s anything I’ve learned since becoming an entrepreneur in 2015, it’s that none of us can do it alone. In 2019, I committed to making coaching more accessible by creating my signature All-In With Winn group coaching program.
