Week 2: Live Coaching and Slack

We talked about what we’re proud of since last week’s call and reviewed the private Slack Workspace. Then we did live coaching.

Afternoon Video

In the afternoon coaching call, we discussed topics ranging from contracts, filtering out clients that aren’t a fit, charging creative fees and how much is enough when serving clients.

In this session, we did intros and discussed email newsletters, how to talk with potential clients about the promise of working with us and finding the time to do our most important work. Zara recommended the book, Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard. Unfortunately, this session wasn’t recorded.
